UPDATE: HEMA DIGITAL PLATFORM DISRUPTION
We’re currently experiencing disruptions to several Hema Maps digital products, including the HX-2, HX-2+, AeroPro AMHXD-3, HXD-N in-dash devices, 4x4 Explorer apps (iOS & Android),
and Hema Maps Cloud.
Key issues:
Hema Cloud is currently offline, meaning users cannot access accounts or synced data. Rest assured, your data is safe, and we're working to restore access.
Software updates with critical errors were issued for some devices and apps. Please avoid installing these updates (HX-2+ Version 1.1.5, HX-2 Version 1.5.6, AMHXD-3 & HXD-N Version 1.1.6, 4x4 Explorer app Version 2.0.6).
Next Steps:
If you haven’t installed the updates, we recommend operating offline wherever possible and avoid updating your devices until further notice (App users will need to turn off automatic updates).
